# Company creation

> Create Qonto business accounts, and optionally companies, for your customers with the Onboarding Partners API.

The [Onboarding Partners API](https://docs.qonto.com/api-reference/onboarding-api/introduction/overview.md) enables our **partners** to seamlessly create Qonto business accounts and, optionally, companies (digital KYB, KYC and capital deposit) for their customers.

> Requires signing an **ORIAS mandate** (France only) and a **partnership contract** with Qonto before going live.
