Unlock a card
OAuth scope: card.write
Unlocks the card identified by the id path parameter.
Only admins and owners of an organization have the permissions to unlock a card.
The card unlocks only if the user can unlock it; otherwise, any system locks will keep the card locked.
Refer to the has_only_user_liftable_locks property on the CardPayload object.
